A few details before you start.
Can GridCraft save formulas in XLSX?
The tested XLSX contained an edited cell value, SUM and growth formulas, cached results and two chart files. That is not a guarantee for every Excel feature.
Can it open old .xls workbooks?
Legacy .xls import is listed as upcoming in this release. Do not assume support; keep the original and use an appropriate converter if needed.
Can I rely on its results for important decisions?
Verify the formulas and downloaded values independently. GridCraft is alpha and large-workbook behavior and file fidelity are still developing.
What if GridCraft does not start?
Use a current desktop browser with JavaScript, WebAssembly and graphics acceleration enabled. Allow the first download to finish. Save before reloading and try fewer sheets or a smaller workbook if memory is limited.
