A few details before you start.
Can EffectCraft open After Effects projects?
No. This release does not open After Effects projects. Its native project format is .ecproj.
Does Lottie export preserve every effect?
No. The tested export skipped Glow and Gradient Ramp. Inspect export warnings and the output rather than assuming a perfect match.
Can I save a composition and export a frame?
A changed title was saved in an .ecproj file and reopened. PNG frames from two points on the timeline were exported and contained different animation states. Video encoding was not covered by this test.
What if EffectCraft does not start?
Use a current desktop browser with JavaScript, WebAssembly and graphics acceleration enabled. Give the first download time to finish and save before reloading. Large compositions can exceed available graphics resources.
